Mobile-first experience
We've invested heavily in ensuring that every interaction on depo gratis feels natural on a mobile screen. Statistics pages scale fluidly from 320px (older phones) to 1440px (tablets). Text resizes automatically for readability. Buttons and touch targets are sized for thumbs — never smaller than 44x44 pixels, the industry standard for accessibility. When you scroll through match results or player stats, the page never jumps unexpectedly or reload. We use lazy-loading images, meaning your phone only downloads images as they enter your viewport, saving data and battery.
Push notifications are central to our mobile strategy. Once you enable notifications in your depo gratis account settings, we send alerts for events you care about — Liga 1 goals, Piala AFF upsets, withdrawal confirmations, payment-method status changes. Notifications are throttled: we never send more than one every 30 seconds, even if multiple events occur. You control notification frequency and categories via a preference menu. If notifications drain your battery, you can disable them from the account settings without losing any functionality on depo gratis.
We also compress all images and video thumbnails on mobile. A player photo that loads as 2 MB on desktop arrives as 180 KB on your phone. Live match streams default to 480p on 4G and 360p on 3G — not broadcast quality, but perfectly watchable on a 5-inch screen. If you have unlimited data, you can manually switch to higher quality in the video settings. Our depo gratis app remembers your preference, so next time you watch a Liga 1 replay, it'll load at your chosen resolution without asking.
Android app installation
Our Android APK is available from the depo gratis website. Go to the "App" section from the main menu, select "Android," and tap the download button. Your phone will ask permission to install an app from an unknown source — this is a standard Android security check. Approve it, and the APK (about 45 MB) downloads in under 30 seconds on 4G. Once complete, tap "Install" and wait 10-15 seconds for our app to unpack and register with your phone.
On first launch, we ask for permissions: access to your camera (for video verification if needed), contacts (to suggest linked accounts), and location (to show you local events). You can deny any of these without affecting Statistics functionality — only camera verification or contact linking requires those specific permissions. We never share your location externally or sell your contact list. Permissions are explained in plain English before any request, and you can change them anytime in your phone's settings.
After installation, launch the depo gratis app and log in using your registered email or phone number and password. If you've never used depo gratis before, tap "Register" and follow our account-creation flow. We'll verify your identity via SMS and ask for payment-method details — your DANA account, OVO number, GoPay ID, ShopeePay wallet, or LinkAja credentials. All payment data is encrypted and never stored in plain text. Once verified, you're live on depo gratis and can access Statistics, place engagements, and withdraw earnings.
iOS access notes
Apple's App Store policies are strict about gambling apps, so we don't distribute a native iOS app on the store. Instead, we offer full access through Safari, Chrome, or any iOS browser. Simply visit depogratis.com on your iPhone or iPad, and the website automatically adapts to your screen size. All Statistics features work identically to the Android version — live updates, push notifications (via browser notification API), and data compression are all functional.
If you want to access depo gratis as quickly as a native app, you can "Add to Home Screen." Open depogratis.com in Safari, tap the Share button, scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen." A new icon appears on your home screen. Tap it, and depo gratis launches in a full-screen browser window — it feels like an app and starts faster than reopening Safari and typing the URL. This shortcut method works on iPhone 6S and later, and on all iPad models.
Push notifications on iOS require one extra step. After you add depo gratis to your home screen, revisit the notification settings in your account. Toggle "Browser Notifications" on, and iOS will ask for permission. Grant it, and you'll receive depo gratis alerts just like Android users. If you don't see a permission prompt, check iOS Settings > Websites > Notifications and ensure depogratis.com is permitted. Note that browser notifications only work when you've visited depo gratis within the past 7 days; if your phone hasn't seen depo gratis activity for over a week, iOS may suppress notifications until you return.
Web app and browser version
Our web version of depo gratis (accessible at depogratis.com on any phone browser) contains every feature of the Android APK. The only difference is where the code runs. The app is native code compiled specifically for Android; the web version is HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that runs inside your browser. For most users, the web version is faster and lighter — no 45 MB download, no installation hassle, no app updates to manage. You simply visit the URL, log in, and use depo gratis immediately.
We recommend the web version if you're a casual user or if you switch between devices frequently. We recommend the Android app if you're on a phone with at least 2 GB of free storage and you want offline access to previously loaded Statistics pages. The app can cache match records, player stats, and tournament brackets so you can browse them without internet — useful if you're in an area with spotty coverage during Idul Fitri travel.
One practical note: browser updates sometimes affect web app performance. If depo gratis feels slow or glitchy in your browser, try clearing your browser cache (Settings > Clear Browsing Data), or switch to a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge). We test depo gratis on the latest versions of all major browsers and optimize regularly. If a specific issue persists, contact our support team via the in-app Help menu, and we'll investigate.
Data usage and optimisation
Our commitment to low data usage means most depo gratis sessions consume under 500 KB per hour — roughly equivalent to subject to verification of background music on Spotify. Live match updates are text-only by default; images lazy-load only when you scroll into view. Player photos, stadium images, and highlight thumbnails arrive at 180-240 KB each, not full-resolution files. If you're on a tight data plan (say, 1 GB per month shared across apps), you can use depo gratis for 2,000+ hours before hitting your cap.
Video content is the data outlier. A 2-minute match highlight in 480p uses about 30-40 MB. In 360p, that drops to 15-20 MB. We let you set a default video quality in account settings, and we remember it. If you're on 3G or if your signal fluctuates, we recommend 360p. If you're on reliable 4G or 5G (common in major cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bandung), 720p is safe and looks great on a phone screen.
Our Android app includes a "Low Data Mode" toggle (found under Settings > Data & Battery). When enabled, it disables image lazy-load and instead blocks all images until you tap them. It also reduces video quality to 240p automatically. Notifications are still sent, but with minimal data overhead. This mode is perfect for users on prepaid plans or users in areas with expensive data rates. The web version doesn't have a Low Data Mode toggle, but you can achieve similar results by disabling images in your browser settings — just note that this affects all websites, not just depo gratis.
